Available Jobs

Licensed Occupational Therapist (Maternal Focus)

Provide individualized, in-home postpartum occupational therapy to support mothers’ physical recovery, functional independence, and overall wellbeing. This role involves developing personalized care plans, offering hands-on support, and educating clients on safe and effective recovery strategies.

Pay: Starting at $55/hour (with growth opportunities)

Education: Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy; active state license required

Experience: Experience in home or community-based care preferred; interest or background in maternal/postpartum health; proficiency with EHR systems for documentation and care coordination

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

Support occupational therapists in delivering maternal-focused care through in-home visits. Assist with therapeutic activities, reinforce care plans, and help mothers build strength, confidence, and independence during the postpartum period.

Pay: $30/hour

Education: Associate’s degree from an accredited OTA program; active certification required

Experience: Experience in home health or adult care preferred; comfortable working in clients’ homes; basic EHR documentation skills

Maternal Support Coordinator

Serve as a key point of contact for clients, guiding mothers through the postpartum journey by coordinating care, scheduling services, and providing ongoing support. This role ensures continuity of care and a smooth, supportive experience for every client.

Pay: Starting at $22/hour

Education: High school diploma required; additional training or coursework in health or social services preferred

Experience: Experience in client support, care coordination, or similar roles preferred; strong organizational and communication skills; comfortable working in clients’ homes; familiarity with EHR or willingness to learn

Doula (contract)

Provide compassionate postpartum support through a flexible, contract-based role. Offer emotional support, education, and in-home assistance to help mothers feel confident and supported throughout their journey.

Pay: Contract rate (based on services provided)

Education: Doula certification preferred

Experience: Experience providing postpartum support; comfortable with in-home visits; strong interpersonal and emotional support skills; documentation/EHR familiarity a plus
